1.- How do I book my next vacation?

You can book your next ticket to paradise right here on our own website! Just follow these easy steps:

Ø Select the property of your dreams from our property category.

Ø Choose the development that best fulfills your needs and click on the check-in and check-out dates. 

Ø Click on the "Search" tab to explore all the available options.

Ø Click on "The Property Name" link, Complete the "Guest information" and hit    "Continue" to make it all yours! Fill out the payment information

 Ø Read and agree to our terms and conditions and Submit!

 Ø Receive a "Confirmation" page with all your booking information

 Ø Print your confirmation page and…voilà!

2.- Where do I get the key to my unit once I arrive to the property?

Every Hotel or Complex is different. In the majority of the case, you will need to go to the front desk of the hotel, present your confirmation page and your ID and an e-key will be automatically issued to you for a refundable fee. This e-key will be valid for the length of your stay.

We will send you an email with instructions 7 days to you prior to your arrival date with all the details on your checking-in procedures.

3.- How do I know I have completed my reservation and everything is all set?

Once you complete the booking online, we will send you a payment receipt directly from our office, via email. An Occupancy Agreement is required and will be emailed via Docusign along with the payment.  This electronic Agreement requires to be completed and signed, once executed, a copy can be printed for your records. All instructions will be sent via email. 

Once all these steps have been completed and the email is sent, you can consider yourself one step away from your lavishly paradise at the heart of SouthBeach. All you need is to print your confirmation page and that will be it!
